As most of the above posts have stated it will depend on skin color. Go to a department store and ask the women in the makeup department what they would think. You do not need to tell them it is for you. Say this is your mothers favorite brand (Lancome, Clinique, Estee Lauder, etc.) and her skin tone is exactly the same as yours. What would they recommend for her?
it really depends on your skin tone, but i would pick like a natural toned lipstick in the browns, it doesnt have to be like an ugly dark brown, but something light that compliments the hair
