Red would be a definite no no for a baby blue sweater anyway. Maybe a plum or cinnamon colored lipstick, nothing too pale.What color (not reds) lipstick looks good with a sky blue sweater?
I'll go for a nude color, like those MAC nude tones. Use a slightly darker lipliner to shape the lips, put on the lipstick and finish with a gloss. It looks more sophisticated than pink tone.

well wut u could do is like take a bit and test it out on ur skin and c if it is a bit like ur skin tone. then c if it matches. mayb like a honey color or a soft pink like that other girl said.

i would definitely recommend to wear a dark brownish red.

id have to say peach or maybe a pale pink gloss too
i am a big big fan and preacher on skin tone colors. so i would say a light light brown lipstick with a clear over coat of gloss

light pinks and corals, or even a nude color. nothing too dark that conflicts with the blue.
