if you are playing up the eyes then you should go for a subtle color on the lips, sheers, nudes or plain ole lip gloss. for a party, I would wear something in the red family...but nothing over the top. NYX tinted lipspa in Juicy or Sheer lipgloss in spicy, barely there or ice princess.
I can't give you the actual name because my suggestion is to go as close to your own natural lip color; are you more pink, peach, etc.?

Get a nude shade, if you go for bright colours it will look like u r wearing too much makeup You want all the attention to be on your eyes.xx
The general rule is dark eyes light lipstick.. so I'd go with a sheer gloss. Sorry I don't have a name or anything. Mac makes some great glosses in nude or light pink colors..
It's best to go with a pale color, and telling you a brand and color that for instance, that I would use, may not be right for your skin tone. Generally speaking, when you do a smokey eye, it is best to go with either a pale lip color , like one that almost matches your skin or simply a clear gloss... your lips shouldn't over power your eyes... and in the same token if you were going to do a very dramatic lip color, you would then only want to wear very little eye makeup, for instance only a bit of liner and mascara.

I think light pink glosses look really good with smokey eyes if you have fair to medium skin. If you have darker skin, berry shade glosses look really pretty. Just remember to keep the focus on either the eyes OR the lips, but not both. You'll look way too made up.
smoky eyes can go with any color, it depends more on your skin tone.
