Lipstick color?

i just want to know how to pick the best lipstick color for self? i

have caramel brown skin and black hair.. what colors will suit me best?Lipstick color?
Mocha or coralLipstick color?
You can do what I do...I use a chocolate lipstick as a thick liner for my lips. Then I take a color that is a shade or two lighter than the chocalate and put that on the rest of my lips...then I take a nice gloss and top it off. Victoria Secret has some nice lip glosses.
go to www.maybelline.com

select your country

the enter lipstick into the search box in the top right hand corner.

If this doesn't work you could call an avon representative or go to the mail and ask your local makeup counterperson to help you pick out a lipstick color that suits you!

Good Luck!
MAC ';touch';..it's the best. I've been buying that shade for 5 years now. It looks so natural. ';spice'; lip liner goes great with the lipstick.
It's hard to tell. I'm dark skinned -- chocolate with yellow undertones. It's all about the undertone. Red? or yellow? Check the inside of your arm.
I'm also caramel complected and I use stain instead of lipstick. Sephora lip markers in apricot is beautiful on me and u put lip gloss over it. $10
proably a fig or a light pink but i would not were lipstick because it makes your lips fade whenyou get older
just a shinny light brown or a beige color it will look very good in you.
a nice shiny beige or brown. hope this helps! have a nice day! :)
Mary Kay Downtown Brown
plum red and plain brick red
Red
Bright Pink.
u would look good in like a light brown color or a deep red. look at eva mendezes makeup, cause it sounds like u have her skin tones
First, check out your wardrobe. Which colors do you look best in? Cool colors (white, blue, forest green, black) or warm colors (orange, yellow, army green, brown)? You want the color group that makes you look like you're glowing, not sallow or washed out.

If you look good in cool colors stick to: bluish reds (like wine red, cranberry, even flag red), plums (careful here, some plums will make dark skin look sallow), and cool pinks (a cotton candy or soft petal gloss).

If you look good in warm colors: orangey reds (like tomato red, some scarlets), peaches, and corals

Personally, I would advise a nude gloss for day and a good red for night.

WARNING: Red lipstick can give you a sexy, polished look but finding the RIGHT red is tough. This is when skin tone really comes into play. Whichever you choose, buy a liner in the same color, line and fill before you apply the lipstick. (Some people are starting to line and fill after they apply. This can work but it depends on the particular products you're using.) The liner is necessary because it will help keep your lips neat and avoid the look of the red ';bleeding'; past your lip line. You can tell you've chosen the wrong red when you look in the mirror and all you see is the color, like your lips are stuck on your face. A good red augments your look instead of dominating it.

Benetint by Benefit is a lip stain that looks good on everyone regardless of race. It looks intense in the bottle, but trust me.

I have friends who swear by Black Honey by Clinique which is their best seller. It's too plummy for me but it has a lovely sheer quality and it might work for you.

Good luck!
MAC go to the mac counter they have the best lip colors for black women. Personally i wear browns golds and plummy colors. But you could probably get away with pale or very bright pinks and sheers
my favorite is mocha or cappichino
First, look at colors you like. Try out a little sample on the back of your hand, so you will see how it looks with your skin tone. You can go with the darker and bolder colors. True reds are always good, but don't be afraid to try others.
Covergirl dark red
can't go wrong with nude colors with some lip gloss over it.
MAC - Mahogany lipliner (fill your whole lip with this color)

MAC - Oh Baby LipGlass

Your lips will look SO good - guys will be complimenting you - I'm so confident about it, I know you'll be thanking me later haha

Just go to the MAC counter and give it a try.
pink?? like ur picture
You can play with a virtual makeove feature at www.marykay.com/kfrench2006 to find a color you really like you can try raisinberry sunset whipped berries apple berry strike - a - pose rose and pink daisy and see what you like best!!!
well, i think that browns and clear tend to look the best on dark skined people. i think that you might could pull off a shimmery pink lip gloss. most likely stick with the gloss. it looks best and you usually can't go wrong with lip gloss.
well my friend has the same skin color as u and she has tried many different colors like brown red and all those color but the best color that looks good on her is a light pink colors that has shimmer in it not a bright pink color a pale light pink color is wat u should try
There is always one rule when it comes to lipsticks. BLEND. Never use just one color. To get a perfect color requires blending two or more colors, glosses, or liners with a lipstick. For example, taking a nuetral brown with a red hue in it, apply it, blot, and cover with a sheer, light pink lip gloss for a shimmering look.
