i have brown hair, brown eyes, and pale skin. what lipstick color should i use?

well dont go with dark red, try any nuetral color!!

any light, natural or nude color would look great for your tones, you might try a shaded lip gloss rather than a lipstick since it may be a little more age-appropriate.

I am 13 so you know this is coming from someone your own age. I think you should go with the color Nude and yes it is actually a color of lipstick so I am pretty sure it will go with the brown hair and eyes and pale skin. so try it out and if you do not like it than hey you try every once.
