Actually, this is hard to tell. You have to match the lipstick and eyeshadow with your skin colour. But, I like those shimmery eyeshadow. It should be very nice when you are wearing the black lace dress.

I'd say a smokey eye with red shimmery lipstick or gloss. The red is striking and the smokey eye will give off mystery.
